What is ALIO’s Return Policy?

Due to strict allergy policies ALIO does not accept returns. However, we do offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee. If you aren't satisfied with your purchase within 30 days, you may exchange it for a refund or replacement. If this is the case email us at patrick@livealio.com with your order number and we will personally make it our mission to keep you satisfied!

We always do our best to take care of you so we manage our satisfaction guarantee on a case by case basis to ensure that we are taking the best care of each customer. 

Who pays for the exchange shipping? 

If you are not satisfied and would like to exchange your product we will pay for the exchange shipping!
